Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accountant I to join our finance team. This entry-level role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing costs and revenues , and assisting with forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field and 0-2 years of experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports .
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to assist with forecasting.
Report organizational finances to management, providing insights on resource utilization and tax strategies.
Assist in developing budget forecasts by analyzing assumptions and financial data.
Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions under direct supervision.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Understanding of basic accounting principles , including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports .
Familiarity with accounting concepts, practices, and procedures .
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow company policies.

Nice to Have:

Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting .
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software .
Understanding of tax strategies and resource allocation .

Additional Information:

On-site role from Day 1 (Dallas, TX).
