Position Overview
As an Acquisitions Manager , you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities. This position is fully remote and allows you to work on your own schedule . You’ll be responsible for evaluating property leads, negotiating purchase prices, and helping our company acquire undervalued properties for our investor network.
Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate off-market real estate opportunities through online platforms and tools
Analyze property values, repair estimates, and comparable sales to determine ARV (After Repair Value) and offer prices
Negotiate purchase terms and contracts with property owners and agents
Manage leads and maintain follow-up communication with sellers
Collaborate with the Dispositions Team to ensure smooth handoffs of acquired properties
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate property data and notes
Qualifications
Strong interest in real estate investing, wholesaling, or property acquisitions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organized
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
Basic understanding of property valuation and real estate principles (training provided)
Computer literate – able to navigate online real estate tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Compensation
Commission-based – earn a percentage of each successfully closed deal
Top performers can earn $5,000–$20,000+ per month , depending on results
No income cap – the harder you work, the more you earn
