As a Airport Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at this government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. This post requires a valid driver's license, as driving may be part of your duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working as part of a team, and demonstrating reliability and agility in all interactions.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or unauthorized entry according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Assist with crowd management and provide directions or information to visitors as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
