We are seeking a full- time\nAnesthesiologist to join our private practice group in Milford, Massachusetts,\nconveniently located between Boston and Worcester. This position offers a clear\npathway to partnership and the opportunity to practice in a collegial,\nwell-supported environment alongside a talented team of physicians and CRNAs.
\n\nThe role includes a mix of\nperforming your own cases and supervising in a 1:2 ratio (1:4 in endoscopy,\noccasionally 2:4). Our practice operates across 8 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, and\nan active Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 1,000 low-acuity deliveries\nannually.
\n\nCompensation & Benefits:
\n\nCase Mix: A\nbroad and rewarding range, including OB, orthopedics (regional/blocks), general\nsurgery, gynecology, urology, thoracic, spine, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and\nhealthy pediatric ENT.
