We are seeking a full- time\nAnesthesiologist to join our private practice group in Milford, Massachusetts,\nconveniently located between Boston and Worcester. This position offers a clear\npathway to partnership and the opportunity to practice in a collegial,\nwell-supported environment alongside a talented team of physicians and CRNAs.

The role includes a mix of\nperforming your own cases and supervising in a 1:2 ratio (1:4 in endoscopy,\noccasionally 2:4). Our practice operates across 8 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, and\nan active Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 1,000 low-acuity deliveries\nannually.

Compensation & Benefits:

Case Mix: A\nbroad and rewarding range, including OB, orthopedics (regional/blocks), general\nsurgery, gynecology, urology, thoracic, spine, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and\nhealthy pediatric ENT.

• No trauma, cardiac, or\nvascular cases
• Ultrasound-guided regional\nblock experience required

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an\naccredited institution
• Completion of an accredited\nanesthesiology residency program
• Board-certified or\nboard-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Massachusetts medical\nlicense or eligibility
• Current ACLS and BLS\ncertifications
