  • Retention Bonus: $1,000 per month (paid out every two months)\n\t
  • Compensation: $20.43 per hour\n\t
  • Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 6:00am – 4:30pm\n
\n
\n Responsibilities: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Prepare and install vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components on a moving assembly line\n\t
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and production equipment safely\n\t
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures\n\t
  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and specifications\n\t
  • Operate testing and diagnostic equipment to achieve product quality standards\n

\n Experience & Skills: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work effectively in a team environment\n\t
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts\n\t
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required\n\t
  • Must have basic computer literacy and knowledge of hand and power tools, manufacturing practices, measurement equipment, and understanding of safety regulations\n

\n Working Conditions: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs\n\t
  • Bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead frequently\n\t
  • Use air/power/vibrating tools and perform strong pincher gripping\n\t
  • Stand, walk for the full shift and perform repetitive upper extremity movements\n\t
  • Safely work around moving equipment and industrial vehicles\n\t
  • May be required to perform tasks for up to 12 hours per day\n
