Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Operate and maintain all golf course equipment like a pro (because broken mowers don't make for happy golfers).
• Manage turf and grounds care, including spraying and fertilizing-keeping those fairways lush and playable.
• Oversee the daily work of grounds crew staff, inspecting course conditions and guiding the team to perfection.
• Assist with overall golf course operations and maintenance planning.
• Jump in wherever needed to help deliver a top-tier guest experience (we're a team-first kind of place).

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in golf course maintenance - You know your greens from your roughs and how to keep them thriving.
• Working knowledge of maintaining tees, fairways, and greens - Healthy turf is the foundation of a great round.
• Turf management experience or education (preferred) - Gives you an edge in managing soil, grass, and everything in between.
• High school diploma or equivalent - The basics matter when building a career on the course.
