Operating offices in California, Utah, Oregon, and Washington, but their legal practice extends nationwide. Job Details Qualifications:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with personal injury or wrongful death cases
• Preferred experience working on asbestos or mesothelioma but not necessary
• Experience taking depositions and research on defendants
• Trail experience is a huge bonus
• CA Bar license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
