Automotive Manager
Are you a seasoned automotive sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive Manager with both Sales & Finance experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Process:
Manage and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Vehicle Appraisals And Trade-Ins
Accurately assess the value of trade-in vehicles.
Negotiate fair and competitive trade-in deals.
Deal Structuring And Finance
Structure profitable deals, including financing, deal tracking & collection
Prepare accurate and complete sales contracts and finance paperwork.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
CRM Management
Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive manager or in a Sales & Finance management role.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in automotive sales software and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license.
A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
