The Hired Guns are seeking a strategic and creative leader to be AVP of Paid Media, Politics at an award-winning global digital agency working with high-profile political, nonprofit, corporate, and celebrity clients, all with the mission of changing people’s minds and moving them to positive action.
Salary range : $110,000 to $140,000 per year
The Role and Responsibilities
As AVP of Paid Media, Politics, you will act as a strategic advisor and manage four colleagues. You will own all paid media strategies for your clients, develop strategy documents, oversee media plans, and support team members. You will participate in new business pitches and present strategies to clients. Your work will impact society by influencing voter turnout, diversity, inclusion, and political advocacy campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You should have 8+ years of agency experience in paid media strategy and management. Experience with political clients or campaigns is a plus. You should be a proactive thinker, capable of managing multiple large accounts, delegating tasks, and being hands-on when needed. You should be eager to join a dynamic agency and contribute to impactful work.
