Aroma Joe's Baristas are in the business of fueling the modem world. Our Baristas provide a personal customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
• Finding ways to help your team and customers that exceed expectations.
• Cleaning and stocking as you go to maintain an orderly work zone.
• Time spent engaging with customers in the window or cafe.
• Preparing quality and accurate product in an efficient manner.
• Accepting deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Completing operational aids and checklists.
