• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Assist in setting up for events or banquets as needed, ensuring all requirements are met for successful service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in bartending or brewing is preferred, with knowledge of various drink recipes.
• Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance in all beverage preparation areas.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially during events or banquets.
