The BCBA Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers leads the development and supervision of individualized behavioral treatment plans, ensuring consistent, high-quality care through management of BCBAs and RBTs. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based therapy within a small caseload model to optimize patient outcomes. Competitive Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 including bonuses. Ability to earn more through additional performance-based bonuses.
