As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. Total compensation is $98,000 - $120,000 , which includes a 20% bonus based on center metrics.

• Your influence will extend to enhancing ABA efficiency and productivity, a crucial aspect of our operations.
• Your involvement in hiring RBTs and BCBAs will play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic team, and ensuring their alignment with our mission.
• You will oversee the management of clinical quality measures, including delivered to recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, and assessment turnaround.
• Your contributions won't be confined to the clinical realm; you will also have the opportunity to collaborate on marketing initiatives, leveraging your insights to drive our center's growth.

• Data-Driven Management: Leverage our sophisticated OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) system for comprehensive data analysis and informed decision-making. Streamline leadership and coaching with automated scorecards, objectives, and metrics at every levelorganization-wide, center-specific, and individual.
• Mentorship and Professional Growth: Embrace the mentor role for full-time fieldwork students, fostering their professional development while benefiting from support in report writing and supervision.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of management experience and 1 year of experience as a BCBA , in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• You are interested in growing as a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
