We offer a positive, innovative culture that balances goal-oriented rewards, on-the-job training, and quarterly team-building sessions to engage a self-driven efficient team.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to inspect, clean, polish, and repair jewelry and watches to ensure the highest quality before sale. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our pieces while contributing to a safe, efficient, and organized workshop environment.RequirementsResponsibilities and DutiesPolish, clean, and rhodium-plate jewelryRemove gemstones and diamonds from settings with care and precisionPerform minor repairs and maintenance to ensure items are ready for saleSize rings, set and tighten stones, retip prongs, reshave channels, reshave/rebuild shanks, and perform laser repairs and solderingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shopManage shop supplies and inventoryEnsure a safe and efficient work environmentQualificationsPrevious experience as a bench jeweler or completion of a relevant apprenticeshipProficiency in basic to intermediate jewelry repair techniquesKnowledge of and commitment to safety procedures in a jewelry workshopUnderstands the importance of shop safetyReliable transportation to and from the job site BenefitsHealth Insurance: Company contributions for Medical, Dental, and Vision401(k): With a generous company matchPaid Time Off: 15 days after 60 days of employmentAnnual Bonus: Receive a yearly bonus in addition to your salaryCompany-Paid Coverage: Life insurance and long-term disabilityPaid Holidays & Family LeaveProfessional Attire Stipend: $250 annuallyPhone Reimbursement: $20/monthOptional Coverage: Voluntary short-term disability and additional life insurance National Rarities
