Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant

Location: Houston, TX

Industry: Construction

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

We are currently seeking an administrative position in a very fast-paced environment, where the basic skills required include strong organizational abilities, effective communication, proficiency in office software applications, attention to detail, customer service, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while multitasking, and a preference for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish. This is a general description of the tasks, and the level of difficulty will increase as the individual becomes more familiar with the processes. Additionally, these tasks are not the only responsibilities; candidates may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

This role includes onboarding, helping with the hiring process, verifying employment records, facilitating fax and mail correspondence, coordinating document uploads, and maintaining accurate record tracking.

Job Requirements:

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish
2. Minimum of 1year of administrative experience, HR experience is a plus
3. Basic MS Office Suite
