Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data, systems, and driving meaningful change? Join New Hampshire Housing, where your analytical expertise will help shape housing policy and programs that make a real difference in our communities.

We’re hiring a full-time Business Analyst for our Executive Division.

As our Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of transforming data into actionable insights and optimizing business processes across the organization. • Design and implement business solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating needs into clear requirements.

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment may be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of housing finance, public policy, or nonprofit operations (preferred).
  • Experience with mortgage loan operations and lending.
  • Experience with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

You’ll love us because:

  • Our employees are our most important asset and our policies, benefits and workplace culture reflect this value
  • You'll work with a highly engaged and diverse team
  • We’re known for excellence in the affordable housing industry

  • Flexible work schedules with remote/hybrid work options
  • Generous and flexible PTO plan
  • Paid volunteer time
  • Paid parental leave
  • Fitness rewards and reimbursement programs
  • And so much more!
