About the job As a Business Operations and Planning Lead, you will provide centralized leadership and strategic direction for key workstreams, contributing to the mission of enabling cohesion and empowering Trust and Safety. You will drive operational excellence, business insights, and ensure alignment with Google's broader commitment to delivering positive experiences globally. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Partner with our analytics function to develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Trust and Safety's mission. Create and deliver reports that inform strategic decision-making for Trust and Safety leadership. Implement and manage OKR framework that aligns with Trust and Safety's priorities and contributes to Global Affairs' broader mission. Serve as the primary point of contact for resourcing needs, including working with cross-functional partners.
