Call Center Representative Responsibilities: Making outbound and taking inbound calls within department KPI goals Entering data accurately into the system Utilizing critical thinking skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all clients and departments Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues Completing assigned duties on time Performing other duties as needed or assigned Call Center Representative Requirements: Critical thinking skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook programs If this role interests you, please apply today!
