Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent dexterity.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16.00/hr with an additional $2.50/hr shift differential for evening shifts

What's the Job?

• Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging, and labeling of products according to customer specifications and company clean room procedures.
• Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties and report any deviations to ensure product non-contamination.
• Receive and stage products for manufacturing into the Clean Room while adhering to all procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the clean room following established procedures.
• Accurately complete required nonconformance reports to ensure precise record-keeping.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment.
• A minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A willingness to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
