Title: Controllers - Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for managing directors, managers and their teams.
Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings.
Handle a high volume of phones calls and emails and able to interact with business leaders in a professional and efficient manner.
Respond and follow up on requests.
Maintain and manage complex and detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
Maintain understanding of firm policies and handles issues independently.
Onboard new hires to the team.
Manage administrative duties for the managers and team and any ad-hoc projects.

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
