Job Description

Title: Controllers - Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for managing directors, managers and their teams.
  • Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings.
  • Handle a high volume of phones calls and emails and able to interact with business leaders in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Respond and follow up on requests.
  • Maintain and manage complex and detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Maintain understanding of firm policies and handles issues independently.
  • Onboard new hires to the team.
  • Manage administrative duties for the managers and team and any ad-hoc projects.
