What You’ll Do:
Create expertly crafted cocktails using high-quality ingredients, house-made syrups, and innovative techniques.
Provide top-notch service, educating guests on spirits, flavors, and pairings.
Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar while ensuring all drinks are consistent in taste and presentation.
Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks.
Follow all responsible serving guidelines and adhere to health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail bar. Working in a volume cocktail bar a plus.
Strong knowledge of spirits, classic & modern cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Passion for customer service and hospitality with a friendly, engaging personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Need to have weekends available.
Must have a Food Handlers Certification prior to starting.
Must complete the Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Training through the ABC prior to starting..
