Customer Care Specialist - Travel & Hospitality Responsibilities: Be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values your contributions Work in an ever-evolving industry where no two days are the same Handle incoming calls and assist customers with travel package inquiries, delivering outstanding service Prepare essential travel documentation and work with internal teams to ensure every trip detail is flawlessly executed Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and travel arrangements Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience Partner with sales, operations and suppliers to make every trip unforgettable Customer Care Specialist - Travel & Hospitality Requirements: 1+ years of experience in customer service or call centers.
