Based in Lebanon, PA, Audrey's LLC is a leader in the home and decorative accessories business and has been serving customers for over 40 years. Audrey's is part of Grace Management Group, a privately held group of gift, fragrance and accessories companies based in Spartanburg, SC. This position will be working out of our Spartanburg, SC office.

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service department.

Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service to our customers through all forms of communication

Job Skills Required:

· Ability to remain calm and rational under pressure and time demands, in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.

· High School Diploma/GED

· Ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence even in difficult or complex situations; able to respond, follow-up and record calls appropriately

· Ability to work Monday- Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, occasional overtime as needed

· Excellent customer service & communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient data entry, attention to detail and accuracy

· Self-motivated and highly organized

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Have experience as a successful team player

· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications a plus

· Ability to learn and use company specific software

-Ability to travel to Pennsylvania for initial one week of training.

Job Duties:

· Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism with internal and external customers.

· Educating and engaging customers through inbound calls from customers.

· Answering calls from customers and sales reps.

· Interfacing with other departments and support channels on customer's behalf when necessary.

· All other duties assigned.
