Customer Service Representative | $19./hour | Monday - Friday/ 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM / Hybrid/ Long term temporary

2. Schedule: Monday - Friday – 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM
3. Location: Houston, TX - 77024. HYBRID: Work 4 days from home, 1 day in office.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete a minimum of 45 calls a day.
2. Complete data entry.
3. Answer e-mails and grow to assist via webchat.
4. Provide an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. One or more years of customer service support; call center experience a plus.
2. Customer service focused guest experience and resolution.
3. Problem-solver who takes initiative.
4. Positive attitude transfers well when speaking through the phone.
5. Bilingual preferred but not required.
6. Must complete background check and drug screen

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
