Description

•Collect, organize, and validate production data from existing databases and spreadsheets

•Clean and format data for compatibility with the new ERP system

•Collaborate with internal teams to identify relevant data sources and ensure data completeness

•Conduct data audits to detect inconsistencies and anomalies

•Assist in developing data documentation and standard operating procedures

•Support cross-functional teams in testing and verifying data post-ERP implementation

•Generate ad-hoc reports and summaries using Excel and other data tools as needed

•Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policies

•Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the new ERP system, contributing to data structure planning and process workflows.

•Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership to ensure data integration aligns with business needs and ERP capabilities.

Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced)

•Proficiency in Power BI and Python

•Familiarity with data structures and basic database concepts (experience with SQL or Access is a plus)

•Experience working with or exposure to ERP systems (JobBoss)

•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

•Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
