Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Events Coordinator to join its growing, fast-paced events team. The ideal candidate has experience in service or hospitality, is passionate about the events industry, and views this position as a stepping stone to advance their career in Event Planning.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work within budgets, stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, think creatively and logistically, and pay close attention to detail. The candidate should be able to see gaps, offer thoughtful suggestions, and help create and execute experiences, strategies, and plans.

What Youll Do

• Ideate concepts and ideas based on direction and receive project tasks from Manager or VP
• Call vendors and build our network through relationships
• Provide impeccable customer service
• Create, write up, and format agendas
• Prepare creative and detailed presentations as proposals
• Track and forecast costs within budgets
• Develop ROS, staffing documents, and employee communications
• Create and build Event App documents and apps integrated into our company database
• Oversee and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events
• Collaborate with other coordinators and contribute to others work
• Work with internal teams and other departments
• Participate in department and client project calls and in-person meetings
• Analyze problems and provide smart, well-thought-out solutions
• Travel domestically and internationally
• Maintain a positive, uplifting work environment
• Coordinate with upper management and with outside production, transportation, hotel, caterer, venue, and other teams
• Collaborate with marketing communications, accounting, business affairs, IT, analytics, Vice President, and other departments

What Youll Have

• Availability to travel and work in the office, virtually, and on-call during weeks with events
