Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead Sr. Director and above searches across all functions while serving as a trusted partner to SVP and C-Suite leaders. In this role, you’ll help the business identify, attract, and hire high-impact executives who drive meaningful outcomes.
Job Function Details:
• Lead end-to-end searches for Sr. Director, VP, and SVP roles across all functions
• Partner with business leaders to design and execute talent attraction strategies
• Ensure a seamless, best-in-class experience for candidates and maintain operational excellence throughout the process
• Collaborate with executives to develop, prioritize, and deliver on workforce plans and hiring strategies
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges that could impact search delivery and effectiveness
• Work effectively with other Executive Recruiters, researchers, and team members to achieve hiring goals
• Act as a trusted advisor — providing market information or sharing industry knowledge with leaders to help on hiring decisions — based on understanding and prioritizing stakeholder needs
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the business (including FP& A, HR, Total Rewards, and candidates) to drive successful outcomes
• Collaborate closely with executives, HR business partners, and recruiters company-wide to deliver exceptional talent along with outstanding candidate and client experiences
• Manage multiple executive searches at once, while keeping quality and service at the forefront
Requirements:
• 10+ years of proven recruiting success, ideally within leading SaaS companies or prominent technology organizations
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in VP-level and above talent acquisition
• Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills, with a history of owning and nurturing executive-level relationships
• Expertise in one or more areas of executive recruiting: Go To Market, General & Administrative, or Technical leadership roles
• Skilled at managing multiple concurrent executive searches with efficiency and focus
• Data-driven mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Strong track record of building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, such as compensation teams and HR business partners
• Prior experience and success in an executive search firm environment is a plus
