Seeking a mid-level lawyer to join our Finance group . This team advises on a broad range of bespoke credit facilities. The lawyer will play a key role in documenting and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including employee co-invest lines of credit, management company lines of credit, NAV-based financings, and subscription facilities.
