Flight Attendant (Italian Speakers Only) Base pay range $28.88/hr - $67.11/hr Starting hourly flight pay of $28.88/hour with top of base scale at $67.11/hour. Onboarding and Training: 6.5 weeks of Initial Training in Houston, TX with base assignment after training. During training, a stipend and accommodations are provided. What You Can Expect During Onboarding And Training Flight attendant trainees must successfully complete an evacuation drill in the water (pool) during training. Must be willing to complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, comprehensive background checks, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests. Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment and randomized drug screens. Medical and recreational marijuana is prohibited due to safety-sensitive nature of the position. Must pass a 10-year background check. Background must not prohibit travel to or from United destinations. Must meet hearing and vision requirements as established by FAA and United Airlines.
