Schedule: Monday-Thursday- 6am to 4:30pm, Full-Time

Are you handy with a tile cutter and a master of clean lines? We're looking for a skilled Flooring & Tile Installer to join a team in Cuero, TX, where you'll work on residential flooring and tile projects-including floors, backsplashes, and more. If you know your way around a wet saw and can make grout lines look like art, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install a variety of flooring: tile, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood
• Cut and set tile for kitchen backsplashes and floor layouts
• Measure and prep surfaces (leveling, cleaning, moisture-checking)
• Apply adhesives and properly place tile using spacers for even joints
• Use wet saws, trowels, spacers, grout floats, and related tools
• Grout, seal, and finish with high attention to detail
• Work around tight areas like door frames and corners with precision
• Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with both floor tile and wall tile (backsplashes preferred)
• Familiarity with floor prep, layout planning, and finishing
• Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools (wet saw, trowel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift materials, work on your feet, and complete physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from Cuero, TX
• Great attitude and work ethic-someone who takes pride in doing it right

Schedule

Monday-Thursday - 6am to 4:30pm (some flexibility for occasional overtime)
