Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Analyst to join our team in Vacaville, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. - Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual cycles. - Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to detect trends and variances. - Assist in the creation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, performing in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Identify cost optimization opportunities and propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to build complex cost models and create margin guardrails. - Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments, translating financial data into actionable insights. - Provide ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to special projects as needed. - Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects to drive cost reductions and process improvements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP& A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, ideally within the food and beverage or consumer-packaged goods industry. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial planning software. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. - Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. - Experience in cross-functional business partnering to align financial goals with operational strategies. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. - Knowledge of the dried fruit industry or broader food and beverage sector is a plus.
