Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
• Deliver impactful financial analysis to guide decision-making and support company goals.
• Lead initiatives related to the implementation of a new finance system and development of a data warehouse.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by offering proactive, data-backed insights.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role within a staffing or professional services or consulting-based environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with data warehouse implementation are major pluses.
• Strong analytical acumen paired with clear and confident communication skills.
• A driven, tech-savvy personality who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving landscape.
