Role Description
We’re seeking a driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales operations on-site in the Dallas area. This full-time role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales department, supporting the F&I team, and driving overall store performance.
You’ll lead, coach, and develop the sales team, create and execute sales strategies, and ensure the department consistently meets or exceeds performance goals. You will also be expected to stay ahead of market trends, maintain strong relationships with customers and vendor partners, and contribute to the dealership’s long-term growth.
