Graphic Designer

Workplace: On-site (Corporate office)

Pay rate: $26-30/hour | Plus benefits

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications team at our corporate office in Commerce, CA. What you’ll do

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll support a wide range of creative projects, from concept through final production. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Communications team to design, develop, and deliver materials that showcase the Ernest brand consistently and effectively.

• Designing and producing materials for print media (newsletters, flyers, programs, forms, brochures, postcards, posters, etc.)
• Creating digital media (social campaigns, website graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and more)
• Supporting brand initiatives with fresh, innovative design solutions while staying within established brand guidelines
• Producing indoor/outdoor signage and related projects
• Collaborating with Marketing Communications to turn concepts into compelling visuals
• Helping manage and organize digital assets for easy access and consistency
• Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels
• Pitching in with occasional department support as needed

What you'll bring

• 1–3 years minimum experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A degree in a related field is preferred, but we’ll also consider equivalent experience and skillset
• 1–3 years minimum experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• A strong graphic design portfolio to share during the interview process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Awareness of current industry standards, social media trends, and the competitive landscape
• Proficiency on Mac platforms
