Job Description

Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Graphic Designer in San Francisco, California.

*This is a W2 contract with benefits!*

In this role, you will be working with the in-house creative team to create design projects across multiple channels. The manager is looking for someone who excels at innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with comprehensive experience across all elements of graphic design for fashion retail.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and execute innovative graphic design concepts across multiple retail channels including in-store signage, digital media, social platforms, print materials, and product packaging
  • Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, visual, and digital teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints
  • Apply strategic thinking to translate marketing goals and seasonal initiatives into compelling, customer-facing design solutions that drive engagement and conversion
  • Present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders at various levels, incorporating feedback and refining work as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in fashion retail graphic design across multiple channels (in-store, digital, social, print, packaging)
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative, boundary-pushing design work across various retail touchpoints
  • Advanced technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
  • Experience leading design projects across multiple channels
