Velocity Rail Solutions, Inc. has a history dating back to 1996. We have long-term fixed contracts with Class I Railroads to fuel and service locomotives using specialized equipment. Our dedicated trucks operate 24/7, 365 days a year, in all types of weather. Our work is not seasonal, ensuring consistent pay you can count on!

Velocity Rail Solutions is hiring a dedicated  CDL Class A Driver with  Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to join our elite team, fueling and servicing locomotives. This full-time role offers  consistent hours ,  weekly pay , and  year-round stability —no weather or seasonal slowdowns. Best of all, you’ll be  home daily and get  paid for a full 12-hour shift (including breaks, lunch, and wait time) while on call from the comfort of your home!

What You’ll Do

• Operate as a mobile fueling and service station, delivering fuel, sand, water, and lube oil to locomotives

• Work on-call from home during your 12-hour shift, paid for the full shift regardless of dispatches

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• Ability to pass company, customer, and government background checks

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications

• Read, write, and understand English

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

• Moderate computer skills

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays (shifts may rotate)

Physical Requirements

• Bend, stoop, kneel, and climb on/off elevated surfaces

• Walk long distances on varied terrain

• Climb in/out of truck cab and ladders multiple times daily

• Work in adverse weather and handle liquid hazardous/dry bulk materials

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently
