Position Summary:

As an HR Coordinator, youll play an important role in supporting the people strategy of a growing, dynamic organization. Youll gain hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, and employee engagement, while learning directly from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full internal recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Assist with employee engagement and internal development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support administrative processes
  • Help with payroll, benefits, and general employee support
  • Contribute to HR projects like surveys, training, and retention programs
  • Provide backup support for operations and general office responsibilities as needed

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Some exposure to HR or recruiting through internships, coursework, or projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow
