As an HR Sr. Coordinator in Benefits & HR Services at my top bank client, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for partnering with Business, Product, and Tech teams to continuously improve experiences. The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing Workday system testing, including troubleshooting and making recommendations for testing strategy, scenarios, and test cases.
THIS ROLE WILL SIT HYBRID OUT OF MCLEAN VA OR RICHMOND VA! Contract will be 40 hours a week and run from early July 2025-late May 2026 as of now.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced in Workday testing and creating testing documentation, excel in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, are able to manage multiple priorities, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.
