POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our high-performance team and be a part of our mission to shape the future of the data center and mission critical community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compensation and Benefits – Manage all compensation matters and benefit plans (i.e. insurance plans in conjunction with broker, etc.)
• Regulatory and Audit – Ensure Company is compliant in all regulatory , audit and administrative matters pertaining to Human Resources
• Performance Management – Assist in the development, enhancement and monitoring of performance management system and work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other C suite personnel, Directors, Managers, Supervisors and employees to ensure success
• Training – Work with the Training Director to develop training material as they pertain to Human Resources (e.g. harassment, how to deliver a successful performance review, etc.)
• Employee Relations – Proactively develop and maintain outstanding employee relationships
• Organizational Development – Develop and maintain position descriptions, career pathing and position forecasting and budgeting
• Recruiting – Assist in Recruiting activities as outlined by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and in conjunction with the recruiter and potentially external recruiting firms as the need arises

• Work closely with the CFO in relative business matters

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• SHRM certification and/or other related curriculum
• Experience 10 + years in Human Resources management

• 401(k) Retirement Plan: The retirement program allows you to set aside money for your retirement upon hire. You will also receive an employer contribution of 3%, regardless of your participation in the 401(k) plan, of your eligible compensation, defined as salary, overtime, bonus, commission and shift differential, upon hire and will become 100% vested in your employer contribution after meeting eligibility requirements of 1,000 hours per year with a 2-year cliff vesting schedule.

• Sick Policy: Eligible for paid sick days. This policy is subject to change if abuse occurs. Eligible after 90 days of employment.
