Job Title : HR Manager

Location : Los Angles, CA

Hybrid Remote

We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles (Hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, with direct visibility to our senior HR leadership in China.

Industry Experience : Open (entertainment industry experience is a plus)

What We're Looking For :
Experience : 3 to 15 years of HR experience
Leadership : Prior experience in leading HR operations is highly preferred
Expertise in :
HR Operations
Compensation & Benefits
Domestic HR compliance
Communication : Strong collaboration skills with the ability to regularly report and align with our team in China (expect regular meetings with HQ)

Responsibilities

Manage all sensitive and complex HR operations throughout the employee life - cycle, covering on - boarding, leave & accommodation handling, compliance, payroll, benefits, and off - boarding
Provides HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions and new hires
Compliance with all current employment laws, guides and advises managers on USA employment law matters
Investigates and resolves a variety of employee relations issues (e.g., EEOC claims, harassment, discrimination, ethics, resolve, etc.)
Partner with HQ and People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies
