We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles (Hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, with direct visibility to our senior HR leadership in China.

Industry Experience : Open (entertainment industry experience is a plus)

• What We're Looking For :
• Experience : 3 to 15 years of HR experience
• Leadership : Prior experience in leading HR operations is highly preferred
• Expertise in :
• HR Operations
• Compensation & Benefits
• Domestic HR compliance
• Communication : Strong collaboration skills with the ability to regularly report and align with our team in China (expect regular meetings with HQ)

Responsibilities

• Manage all sensitive and complex HR operations throughout the employee life - cycle, covering on - boarding, leave & accommodation handling, compliance, payroll, benefits, and off - boarding
• Provides HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions and new hires
• Compliance with all current employment laws, guides and advises managers on USA employment law matters
• Investigates and resolves a variety of employee relations issues (e.g., EEOC claims, harassment, discrimination, ethics, resolve, etc.)
• Partner with HQ and People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies
