Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead all HR operations. This role is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, supporting company culture, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating key HR programs and benefits. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications preferred
· 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
· Experience with HR systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
· Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
· Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
