Position Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s human resources functions. This role is critical in shaping our workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, manage the full-cycle hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, support goal setting, and provide guidance to managers on employee development and coaching.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook as needed.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, support compensation planning, and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS systems, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
