The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced HXM (Human ExperienceManagement) Business Analyst to join our team on a 12month fixed term contract. Become an integral part of our dedicatedteam supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors at WesCEF.Drawing from your experience in HR System implementation, you willprovide support across a variety of implementation activitiesincluding Detailed Design, change impact assessment, datareadiness, system testing and end users. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for documentingbusiness processes, modelling system solutions at a business level,and identifying opportunities for enhancement to ensure the alignswith its strategic objectives. You'll directly impact our businessby translating requirements into application functionality thatoptimises outcomes. This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure across diversebusinesses and play a pivotal role in ERP software implementationand business process modelling. To excel in this position, you'll need a solid foundation inbusiness acumen, strong business process modelling skills, and apassion for engaging with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Some of your key responsibilities will include: Stakeholder Management You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholdersincluding the broader HR, Payroll and Talent Management team toimplement a system that is aligned with our business processes. Testing You will be assisting HXM team with the coordination andcompletion of testing. Throughout the testing process, your soliddocumentation of outcomes and management of issues will contributeto the overall success of the project. Training Your expertise developed during the testing phase will beleveraged to assist with the deployment of SuccessFactors. There isan expectation that you will be involved in end user training andprovide support to enhance the skill and knowledge of ourpeople. This is a fixed term role for 12 months. With stakeholders located at across various sites suchas Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations you will need to beable to travel between these locations as required. Who are our businesses? About You We are seeking professionals with demonstrable post-graduatework experience with aspirations towards broader roles in businessmanagement. Experience from a range of backgrounds will be consideredincluding similar roles with the Big 4, commercial organisations,management consulting and engineering.
