Job Title: Machine Operator – Wastewater Cover Production
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bessemer City. In this role, you will operate machinery that produces wastewater covers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Insert metal rods into the machine
Close the machine door and initiate the production process
Allow the machine to complete the manufacturing cycle
Remove the finished part and repeat the process
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Report any mechanical issues or abnormalities to the supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Machine operation experience is a plus, but not required – training provided
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
