Position Description:

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology invites applicants for a part-time instructor position. The candidate could teach one, two, or three anthropology courses in the Spring 2026. Geographic and topical areas of specialization are open, but people with expertise in food studies and/or medical anthropology are preferred. Possible courses include Introduction to Anthropology, Ethnographic Methods, Anthropological Theory, Medical Anthropology, or electives in the candidates area of specialization.
