About the Role:

As a Manufacturing and Distribution Associate, youll play a key role in delivering high?quality home furnishings to customers across the country. This position offers hands?on experience in production, logistics, and quality assurance while allowing you to grow through structured training programs and skill?building opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, and refine furniture pieces to ensure top?tier quality.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to production standards.
• Maintain organized, clean, and ergonomic work areas.
• Conduct quality checks and collaborate with teams for repairs and refinements.
• Handle and transport products safely using industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate material flow within the facility.
• Package and prepare items for shipment while maintaining product integrity.
• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs (and occasionally up to 250 lbs).
• Comfortable operating hand tools and machinery with strict attention to safety.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
