Job Summary:

• Speaks with Clients, building rapport
• Collects and reviews Documents for their Home Loan
• Review the loan Application for the application
• Submitting for Pre-Approval and collecting all Pre-Approval Critical Conditions
• Manages Accurate Data within CRM
• Works with Loan Officers, Realtors, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the Start

$59,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Performs other duties as assigned. This job is creative, fast, fun, and can serve many different Departments!

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge.
• Willingness to gain NMLS License.
• Organization Skills.
