Lash Artist Job Description

Deka Lash is hiring multiple Lash Artists for its Cleveland/Lyndhurst location. Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a huge opportunity!

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service and customer relations
• Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
• Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations
• Building relationships with clients and building your book
• Educating clients on the best way to care for their extensions
• Selling products to ensure lash retention
• Converting clients to members
• Educating clients on all Deka Lash services
• Checking Clients in and out, rebooking clients at checkout & handing out referral cards
• Engaging customers with world-class customer service
• Following all sanitation protocols and standards
• Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
• Attend all monthly meeting whether in person or by phone
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements :

• A Cosmetology or Esthetician license
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Part Time also available
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Outgoing personality, able to work with others
• A team player
• A positive attitude
• Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
• Strong work ethic
• Previous lash & brow experience preferred, but not required.
