As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, and renting properties. Exceptional customer service, efficient property management, clear communication with clients, and continuous learning through our comprehensive training program are at the core of this role.

Duties:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with professionalism and expertise.
• Conduct engaging property showings and open houses to highlight unique features and attract potential buyers.
• Provide valuable guidance and advice to clients regarding market conditions and optimal pricing strategies.
• Expertly negotiate contracts and favorable terms on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Coordinate seamless property inspections and appraisals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present compelling offers, leveraging your skills to close deals successfully.
• Employ diverse channels, including online listings and targeted advertising, to effectively market properties.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with fellow real estate professionals to foster a cooperative and supportive work environment.
• Participate actively in our ongoing training program to stay abreast of industry trends, legal updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid real estate license, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and compliance.
• Previous experience as a Licensed Realtor is preferred, but we also welcome applications from newly licensed individuals.
• Showcase strong customer service skills, building lasting rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Showcase the ability to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a distinct advantage in reaching a broader clientele.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Proficient administrative skills for accurate handling of paperwork and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
