Compensation & Growth

  • W2 Position with Draw: $10,000/month guaranteed draw (non-recoverable first 6 months; recapturable afterward).
  • Earnings Potential: Most Loan Officers at this level earn $150,000+, with the path to $300,000–$600,000 as you build relationships and scale.
  • Profit Sharing & Bonus Program: $40,000–$50,000/year potential in addition to commissions.

Compensation:

$150,000+ earning potential

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 300+ real estate agents (60 of whom are company investors).
  • Manage the loan process from application through closing, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Work with wholesale lenders and stay up to date on mortgage programs and products.
  • Generate new business through agent partnerships, referrals, and local networking.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies to expand the loan officer team.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a team leader role overseeing multiple Loan Officers.
Qualifications:
  • Active NMLS license with approvals in Kansas & Missouri.
  • 2–5 years of mortgage brokerage experience (not just bank lending).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong agent and client relationships.
  • Driven, enterprising, eager to grow earnings significantly.
  • Comfortable working in a brokerage environment with wholesale investors.
  • Leadership potential—ready to mentor, grow, and eventually scale a team.
